MMC is supposed to be this Monday. I am wondering if it is worth it to do it, since there doesn't seem to be much action here and there is no way to categorize anything...might be hard to find the posts. Anyway, I will try if you ladies want to do it. Respond here with a yay or nay and tell me what you think.

I loved participating last time, and hope you'll do it again. I understand your frustration; was feeling that way just a little bit ago about my monthly challenge. But do what you feel comfortable with. Those who want to participate will find the challenges and games.

not sure I know exactly what MMC is however I saw the post from last time and was hoping it would reappear. I would try my best to participate.

I agree....go with how you feel about it. I just found the MMC last post, and did two of the three. I will try to do them again if you post, but if you don't, there are plenty of other challenges here to keep me busy for what's left of June! I think it is harder to use the temporary boards, because they are different, but I agree with Kim: those who want to find them, will!

Laura hosts them out of her own time during the summer. She alternates every other Monday. So this Monday (June 23rd) will be the next MMC. She posts 3-4 challenges (which are due by Saturday) and she posts games too |

thanks for explaining... I love that idea. but will agree that with this huge change it is up to her. I am not going anywhere with this new addiction so I could wait for the old board to be back up and running |

I agree with Kim. Although I have not been able to scrap much lately and Honestly for me with vision loss it takes more for me to learn a format website etc. SO I will do my best here but not sure how much I will be able to be here even to post. I do the best I can just as I know ACOT and Brand are doing the best they can.

If this is going to be the new forum - I'm done. I'm so frustrated. I was going to do challenges, and now to heck with it. WHY??? I am the same way with my work IT people. Newer is NOT always better. This is a perfect example.
Sorry, but I'm not going to participate in squat and sign as a "New member" reading stupid photos of house numbers and codes I have to refresh each time I want to post. Not happening.

I had actually intentionally left Monday free so I could participate more with the challenges then I did last time. So ,like Brandy, if you decide to do it, I will be here bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and I'll muddle through the new boards.:/ I completely understand your hesitation, and whatever you decide is fine!

Hi Laura, I think its a great question and I support you in whatever you decide. So far I can ONLY comment as a guest. It won't generate me the activation key email to do a new proper account. so I am at a bit of a stand still figuring this all out. I try and do all the MMC challenges each week and I'd be sad to not make that goal because of the new forum. But the show must go on and I do understand if you choose to do it. I'm TRYING to get with this new program. |

I like the MMC's and have always participated. The urgency of only having from Monday-Saturday to do them keeps me scrapping usually. So I guess I vote for yes -do them if you can because it does not seem as if we have a tentative date when the regular board will be back and summer is short and fleeting. Enough rhetoric already. lol
