oy. I need to, just haven't been able to get up and make myself do it. Last year I dropped 50 lbs in about 7 months' time and it was awesome! since I hit that one number on the scale tho, it's been a mental block ever since, and I've been up and down the same 10 since that number a year ago. It's like I can't convince myself I'll ever be lighter than that number. But I KNOW I can do it. I've been doing a lot better with my eating the past week or two, so now movement definitely needs to get in the mix. My husband has no interest in eating healthy or exercising, and with 2 small kids, going as a family isn't exactly exercising, since there are several stops along the way with curiosity, and the stroller we have isn't the easiest thing in the world to push. these are all excuses, I know, but I REALLY wish I had someone who lived close who was dedicated to this, so we could work together. I guess that's the social nature in me, to need someone to do this with, it would make it much easier. *sigh* oh well, I'm working on it! Thanks for the push - I'll let you know if I get around to moving any lol

'Danced' with the Wii and the grandkids this morning for over an hr. Also mowed my part of the yard for a half hour.

Weigh-in day this morning and I've lost another 4 lbs.! Wahoo! I don't normally lose that much in a week but it's been extremely busy with 5 of the grandkids here all week. DD has been sick so I've been keeping the kids. WTG DEANNA!!! Thanks so much, Joannie!
