Good morning! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. I sure did. I finally got to scrap both days with little errands to run. I did 3 on Saturday, and 3 yesterday. Anybody scrapping today? I hope I can. I started on another one last night, but didn't finish it. It just needs a title, and some embellies. And I'm super psyched about receiving a package today. I splurged a couple of weeks ago and got the Warehouse Box at Basic Grey. I didn't do it last year, but the year before and I LOVED it. I love that they include vintage BG papers in there. So I took a chance and ordered it. It shipped and I checked on the status on Friday and it should be here by Tuesday evening. Then, I checked the status again and guess what? It is already at the UPS center here in Corpus! So I will have my box of goodies today!  With it being a Monday, its reveal day at Nuts About Sketches and here is the latest sketch:  And here is my take on it:  You Rock! |

Good morning! I'm at work, so no scrapping today. Maybe tonight I'll get one done. I've got 3 of my layouts uploaded in the ACOT gallery that I did this weekend. I'm waiting on the other one to see if it will work with Nancy's Fashion challenge - I'm sure it will, but I want to see the pic first. It's pink and white and I have that written down from the notes I took on her picture of her sandals lol. Slow week at work which is awesome. I do have a few things to be working on tho, but not much.
Brandy I love that layout! Love the airplanes paper and the red framing behind it is awesome, and I love the tearing. Great job with the sketch! it's a good sketch for some of those single photos we have laying around, very versatile. I'll have to save this one for later.

Hi girls! I am having a really bad day with my fibromyalgia I just want to curl up in a corner but I know that will not help any and I am trying to fight letting it get to me like that. I am a strong person and have lived with chronic back pain for 13 years but this fibromyalgia is worst than that cause it makes me ache all over. I just took two pain pills so hopefully I feel better soon. I am going to scrap today after the pain goes away and I give Sophie a bath. I hate that I am 47 and have to depend on pain pills to make it through life but I am so grateful for them. Otherwise I would not be able to continue living. The pain is that bad. I am also grateful for all of you all and that I have a place I can talk about this without being judged. I am also grateful for my dh who understands and can see how much pain I am in some days.
I was able to get seven layouts done this weekend using all older product! Felt good to put that money I spent on it to use!

Hi, cherries! Just got in from our vacation bible school, and will going to my scrappy spot as soon as we're done with lunch. I put a roast in the crock pot, so I won't have to worry about supper later!! Off to check out the MMC's!

And, I love that layout, Brandy! I love the airplane paper and hope I still have some from that line. I'd been "collecting" lots of airplane papers recently because my DS likes to make paper airplanes. He goes around making them out of everything--his school papers, envelopes, even dollar bills (if he has any!) lol! You did a good job using this pp with the school photo!

Hey Cherries. I've been busy today catching up on some paperwork while I'm doing laundry. I never did scrap yesterday. Played with my gelatos just a little and then vegged on the couch. I guess I just needed a day like that. I probably won't be scrapping today as I have a lot of things to catch up on, but who knows I may get bored with that and start a digi page lol.

It sucks to have such a painful condition and to have it so young. My dd was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis at 13 years old and she just turned 31. It really is so hard to watch her have so much trouble with arthritis at such a young age. After Maddie was born she was so bad she couldn't even hold the baby. Many ((hugs)) to you for what you go through and I hope you feel better. |

Thank you Barb!! I am sorry for your daughter to. How awful to be in so much pain you can't hold your precious newborn. I hope she is doing ok now. Does she take meds for it? My doc was going to give me the fibro meds but I refused them cause of the fact that I have to take pain meds for my back so I told her as long as those work for all my pain I would just take them.
Today is the first day they have not worked.

My mother in law has fibromyalgia and its sad to see her in pain, so I'm aware how painful it is, even though I cannot understand the pain itself. hope you are feeling better now.
