I just noticed the PM button is gone, so all the messages I had saved are gone, including at least $30 in GC's I had stored.
I did not save the emails as I trusted the Site was secure...
So am I S.O.L. In retrieving that money??

I would say call customer service...they should be able to retrieve the gc numbers for you and I'm sure they will!

I hope they are able to find them! Mine have all been emailed to me (not pm, to my regular email since they were gifts from non scrappers...mostly family) so I have them printed out. I am over here panicking that the regular boards won't be back. I really dislike how 'fresh' and 'new' this board looks with hardly anything on it. I really really really hope that they are able to get the old boards back...it will be a major shame if they don't. I just don't see this one being nearly as nice as the old one and it is so bland. With CHA only about 5-6 weeks away, I'm over here hoping that they will be able to get it sorted out by then. This board is better than nothing but it pales on comparison to what we had before. It really makes me sad to see my normal haunt gone.

Just because you can't access them at the moment doesn't mean they're "gone." IIRC the only way to get to PM's was from the Message Board section... or did we used to be able to get there from My Account? Anyway I wouldn't worry at this point.  |

I was thinking the same thing so I checked my emails and I still have the codes!
My next thought was if we can continue to participate in the Envies since we access the other Cherry's wish list from the MB.

Maybe when the store opens tomorrow you can contact someone. I'm sure they have a record of it. Good luck, I know I would worry too...that's free money!! Keep us posted.
