Yay it's Friday!! Finally. What are you up to today? This is the official day of summer for my youngest. She has a doctor's appt this morning and then we are spending the day together. It is sunny and warm.
What are you up today? Who's shopping in the ACOT store?

I'm at work right now, on break.
I started making a 4th of July wreath yesterday, so will finish that when I get home.
Not much else on the agenda, will just play it by ear.

I had to go to the docs to have some blood drawn this morning. I am hoping to have scrapping time today!
Terrible thunder and lightening storm late last night - power flickered and went out for a couple of minutes. Lots and lots of rain - everything is very wet this morning.

It has been a very longggggg week for me, so I am very thankful for today. I actually have a 3 day weekend, possibly 4, so I am really smiling right now. I have been getting my housework out of the way so I can play all weekend. I can't wait! Have a great day cherries!

nothing major on my list for today really..........
middle dh hosts a 'note burning' party every year....she is doing it tonight......so we need to tidy up the backyard....and hope the rain tapers off
I prob need to go to the groc store at some point......

I finally had a chance to join the new board this morning...thank you Melissa (scrapbug) for helping me realize I wasn't just losing my mind when I couldn't access the message boards!
It has been a slow week at work and I am just ready to be able to spend the weekend at home. My husband and son are heading out on a backpacking trip in the morning and will be gone until Wednesday...they go every year and it makes me anxious. Just praying they will be safe. My mother is able to come and stay with me for a few days to watch the baby while I am at work and then I will be off work Thurs-Sun after that. My daughter will be home with me as well...she actually contemplated going with them this year but since we have tickets to the Katy Perry concert on Monday, she opted not to.

Morning! I am working on projects for my son's birthday party tomorrow! Games, banner, cake, pinata! It's Lego themed! Easier than some I have done!

I'm always shopping at the store!!! But I only buy at the first of the month; otherwise, I would spend every.single.cent. on scrappy supplies.
I hope to scrap a little today - maybe take in a Challenge - the '3 in a Row' sounds interesting. Then I hope to blog a little.
Sounds like a great day for you. I know you'll both be so happy. And I'm so happy for you!

Morning! Well, for another 10 minutes. LOL.
Woke up to a really bad headache. So far meds and coffee hasn't done the trick. Ate some breakfast but it hasn't gone away.
Got all my cleaning done yesterday so I don't have any plans except to work a little bit. DH has a lunch meeting with a client today at noon, so I'll be on my own. I'm thinking about having a nice big salad for lunch. We were all full from lunch yesterday, so we didn't eat anything for dinner.

Today is my last work day before my vacation next week. (It's mandatory but we have to use our own vacation time for it.) I'm pulling the kids from daycare for the week (half-price vacation credit for the full week) although DH will be working. My plan is clean out their rooms and they are all worried. (Not worried enough to be picking up this week though. LOL) My thinking is to send them to my mom's house for two days each as I tackle their rooms and do a massive declutter. They pretty much only play on their Kindle Fires and Nintendo DSs these days and I think they won't even notice what's missing.
I haven't done any regular scrapbooking in a few years -- I binge scrap now and then, but nothing consistent -- and I'm considering doing a layout every day over break. I am not sure how that will fit in with cleaning up the kids's toys! Maybe after lunch when I'm feeling less energetic and while my youngest is napping.

Good Afternoon!
Today has been a very long day at work. I am in the office alone today, plus I have been back and forth with my realtor - it looks like we are finally getting a house! Just waiting on the final approval from the mortgage guy but last night when I talked to him, he told me everything looked good. She is supposed to be working on the contract today! So work is the LAST place I want to be! I cannot focus! And tonight we are actually going out, date night, a real dinner out. I don't have to cook!
