That's one of the things I love about this board and all the fabulous ladies (cherries!) here. We share so much --- day to day things, heavy things, fun and games & of course scrapping. I work at home so at times you guys are my coworkers LOL! I think we share so much of our lives through our layouts, of course we are friends. I wish I lived near all of you! our own private scrapping island, perhaps! Ooooh a scrapping island - paradise, heaven. That's a lovely thought.

Awesome! We've said plenty of times, the ladies here are wonderful amazing women, without all the drama you get on some other boards, which I have experienced before. And yes, we talk more on here to each other than I talk to some people in real life, so definitely closer to some on here! It's a great group of ladies, and A Cherry On Top is an awesome company!

With a local endless supply of any scrappy supplies we need! (free of course, since it's a paradise )

You're not weird, you fit right in! I have only personally met one cherry - Laurie (letumom) - and we bonded so fast and became very good friends. So good, we went on a scrappy cruise in April! I love this place and all the people I have "met" via online. I feel closer to some of ya'll than my actual, real life friends. Now is THAT weird?

Was it that one that advertise like for Creating Keepsakes? Was it awesome? Would you have gone alone had you not had a scrappy friend? Did you have to bring plenty of supplies? Did you do any land stuff or just crop? b. See that whole thing about being closer to virtual friends than actual friends, that's what I'm talking about. I think some people that aren't so fortunate may think that's very weird. I'm so glad you all don't!

I think some people that aren't so fortunate may think that's very weird. I'm so glad you all don't! It was AMAZING! I never have been on a cruise and Laurie has done like 7 of them. I think this was her 3rd or 4th scrappy one. She and her BFF were supposed to go together, but at the last minute (after everything was paid off) Laurie's BFF couldn't make it due to work. SO Laurie asked me. I do not get CK magazine, so I'm not sure what they advertise, but it was awesome. I would love to go again, that's for sure. And yes, I brought TOO MUCH stuff. But I'd rather be safe than sorry as the cruise ship had no "scrappy supplies" and the company who hosted didn't have "product" that you can buy. I planned on doing about 35 layouts - that would finish two projects I had wanted to get completed - and I brought enough for 50 pages. My end result? 39 pages! Woo-hoo! I was so happy. We got off in Honduras just to take pics at the dock and then came back as our captain stated that the U.S. Embassy had put an alert on Honduras for petty theft and stuff. They told us to keep cameras, phones, and jewelry in a safe. Well, what am I supposed to do w/o my camera? Ppphhttt.... So Laurie and I decided to SCRAP! We stayed on the ship during Belize as you had to use render boats to get across. They had 4 boats and 1 was out of service and another one croacked out in the middle of the waters. Ehh...no thank you. We will scrap instead! But we got off and did an excursion while in Cozumel - Salsa, Salsa, & Margaritas! You learn to Salsa Dance, make 7 kinds of salsas (with homemade tortilla chips! while they serve you unlimited margaritas!
