Hey guys! I tried to upload a picture for my avatar but it was too big and I don't know how to make it less MBs lol. So I hope I did the avatar right. I'll find out in a minute! As for scrapping...I am finishing up page 2 of a double pager - just need to do some stitching and threading of buttons and then it's done. After that I'll see what challenges I can do before the end of the month. Love your avi! |

I worked on several layouts at the crop yesterday. Today I would like to find time to do titles and journaling and maybe a little embellishing. Sounds awesome! |

Morning ladies, I have a few things to do around the house then I am planning on scrapping. I started working on sketch with a twist last night and would like to finish it and start on another challenge today. Have a nice day my cherry friends and happy scrappin' You have fun scrapping too! |

I have my pocket pages picked and photos out to do my May pages. These always seem to take longer than regular pages but that's ok. Might rain later(?) and those pockets would be a great project then. I did some scrappy shopping over the weekend and put items away. I'm set for awhile!  At least that's what I tell myself.
Congrats Brandy on finishing an album!!! Thanks Beth! And good to see you made it here. And that's what I always tell myself "I'm set for a while". LOL! |

Kathy I know what you mean about the rain and the weeds! My beds are full of them also and I am trying to finish phase two of my woodland project so I will weed a little and then work on it for a while. Today is my day of rest LOL!! I need it before I start a work week so I scrap and piddle around the house. My pup needs a bath also before I take her to the vet to be spayed on Tuesday.

It felt so good to scrap yesterday! It has been so long! Then last night I broke out my two packages of gelatos that I have had like forever and checked them out. They are cool, not what I expected, but cool. I spent a lot of time online looking at tutorials and pinning projects. And then of course I had to shop for more. I don't know what is going on with me but the last two days I just had to shop online! I had to get it out of my system I guess! I placed an order here (as it's been way too long lol) and I also had to shop for my other obsession… shoes. Macy's had a great sale lol. I'm like Barb unleashed! I need to settle down now and just scrap!!! Today I hope to do some more challenges! Great accomplishment on the album Brandy! These things take time. We not only scrap them but we put a lot of love into them too. It took me almost 2 years to do the album about my grandmother that was a gift for my mom. It covered her whole life and was a big project. It really feels good when you finish something that special. Congratulations on finishing yours! Hahaha...LOVE it..."BARB UNLEASHED!" A title to a layout about your shoe obsession??? And thank you again...I do feel really proud about the album. And you're right...things like that take time. And it was SOOO much fun! |

I am trying to scrap. DH went golfing this morning, first time since we moved to MB 11 years ago. He can't wipe the smile off his face, I love it! Thats how I feel when I accomplish a milestone in scrapping.Hoping to get something done, though I have been really tired lately. Combination full time kids and very hot temps I imagine. I got layouts and a card done Fri. night and Saturday, and getting ready to upload them now. I really needed to scrap. And Lori, you are reminding me that I need to get out my Gelatos, too. You and I have the same illness: the need to shop!!! Trying to whittle down my stash, but of course, I need three more lifetimes to do that! Hope to scrap today, but MUST do some weeding first. The rain has done a number in the garden beds. I HATE WEEDS! I've been interested in gelatos....but haven't purchased them. Once I get paid (from either my ex-boss or my client)...I'm gonna get me some. I really want to try it! |

DH and I got done with Sam's, then watched some tv. Then had lunch. Earlier, I finished a layout, but its for NAS, so I can't show you yet.

I did this for the card challenge. I put it in the gallery but didn't see a thread here. My son tells me 3 hours before a party he is going to that he needs a graduation card. I loved the sketch she used for the challenge.
