I feel very bad...I haven't commented on any of the submissions that were posted, because I figured I had to the end of the month. So if you already posted, please repost here! If I have changed rules, I apologize, because I didn't have it saved and I don't remember all that I said. I'll just wing it!
This is one of my favorite pairs of summer sandals. I've been accused of being a hippie type because I love my Birkenstocks so much, but they are just so comfortable! And since I"m seriously NOT a fashion maven, rather than using current trends, you get to use the things I like for your inspiration! YOu might like the colors, or the pattern, or any part of this pair of sandals (and maybe you are inspired by my tattoo lol).....but tell me what inspired your project/layout and you're in the running for a little prize from me! As long as your post is stamped June 2014, it's on time. Please DO enter it in the gallery (I'll actually make one), in case we lose access again!

I was inspired by the sandals and toes in your pictures. I had these pictures of my youngest granddaughter who loved shoes when she started walking. It didn't matter what kind of shoe it was or if they even matched. Usually she never got them on the right foot either. At least she did get one pair to match and on the right feet to boot.

Here is mine again! I liked your metal buckles on your shoes so I used a metal bookplate and metal buckle.

Don't feel bad Nancy, life gets in the way sometimes. I love winging it....that's how I go through life, haa haa.
I am going to do this challenge tonight. I just love your inspiration. I do want a tattoo and have some ideas on my pinterest board. I am very close to getting my first tattoo. I'm very excited and I know I will want another one because I hear they are addictive. I am 48 and getting my first tattoo. How sad am I? I'm going with my sister and oldest daughter when I get it done. We are going to make a party out of it.
Thanks for the post, can't wait to start my layout tonight

Here's mine! I was inspired by the pink and white of the straps, so I made a pink and white page. And I didn't combine, for the bonus

Thanks for the post, can't wait to start my layout tonight I was 43 when I got my first tattoo. I had planned it for a long time, because I wanted it to be "right." When I was first planning it, I knew I wanted something that represented all my kids. I came up with either flowers or hearts, and the tattoo artist drew both. I really liked the hearts better. But people asked me when I was in the planning stages if I was going to have their names included in the tattoo. I said no....I know their names, and by the times I can't remember their names, I won't be able to see my ankle to read them anyway! Good thing, as it turns out, because my oldest has changed his name and it would have been wrong...and PERMANENT! lol Now I have a second one....it's the Disney faeries Tinkerbell with the saying "faith, trust, and pixie dust." Long story behind that one, but I love it...it's on my left shoulder. I'd like a third...something to represent my dad who passed away. He was a 40 year firefighter, and I'd like something to represent that, but I can't decide just how I want it done. So until I figure that out, I'll stay with my 2! lol
